ENSISA, SA, with registered office at Pàrquing del Tarter, s/n, edifici Obac, AD100 EL TARTER - CANILLO (Principality of Andorra), with a representative in the EU, who can be contacted via the email ENSISA@compliancegapmitigation.com and Data Protection Delegate, who you can contact via the email dpd@soldeu.ad, wishes to inform you that the personal data collected through this form will be processed exclusively for the purposes of managing your accreditation and press access for covering the Andorra 2024 Women's Alpine Skiing World Cup event to be held in Soldeu - El Tarter - Grandvalira during the current season.

 

The concerned party acknowledges that the processing is legitimate due to the fact that it is necessary for executing the agreement for the participation of the specialized press in the coverage of the event; that ENSISA will not share their data with third parties, unless it is our legal obligation to do so; and that we will keep your data until the possibility of having to formulate or defend ourselves against possible claims in which it is involved has expired.

Finally, in relation to your rights concerning your personal data, we would like to remind you that you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we have any of your personal data, and then for us to explain what other rights you have and how to exercise them.

  1.      By sending a written request to ENSISA, SA, addressed to our postal address, indicated at the beginning of this page, providing a means of contact with you to be able to respond to your request, or ask for more information if necessary. We would appreciate it if you mark the envelope “Exercise of Personal Data Protection Rights”.
  2.      By sending an email or the form associated with the right you wish to exercise to the email address dpd@soldeu.ad, indicating in the subject “Exercise of Personal Data Protection Rights”. You will find these forms below, in this section of the privacy policy.

 

In both cases, if it is not possible for us to verify that you are who you say you are, we will ask you to please send us proof of your identity, and in this way ensure that we only respond to the concerned party or their legal representative.

If the person sending the mail does so in the capacity of representative of the concerned person, the representative's accreditation must be carried out through documents or legal instruments that correctly identify the concerned person and the representative and specify the order or procedure for which representation is delegated.

Finally, and especially if you consider that you have not obtained full satisfaction while exercising your rights, we would like to inform you that you can submit a claim to the national control authority of your country, or by contacting the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).

The sending of this form implies the express acceptance of the terms and conditions of participation in the event as authorized press.
