As a member of the press team, I commit to:

- Carpooling to access the event.
ENERGY SAVING
The organizing committee is committed to reducing the use of resources such as energy and paper whenever possible, providing all available facilities to do so. Therefore, as a member of the press team, I commit to:
- Keeping lights off in unused spaces and disconnecting any devices that are not essential.
- Switching off electronic devices when not in use and avoiding standby mode.
- Printing only what is strictly necessary and, if applicable, printing double-sided.
- Using paper provided by the organization, or 100% recycled paper.
- Disposing of paper waste in the appropriate container.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
The organizing committee is committed to reducing waste generation by implementing the necessary improvements. As a member of the press team, I commit to:
- Generating waste consciously.
- Sorting waste correctly (paper, packaging, and general waste).
- Using reusable products and avoiding single-use items..

To accurately calculate the event’s CO₂ footprint, it is essential to gather real data about the habits and commitments of all participants.
