Do I need a ticket for all event days?

No. You only need a ticket for the official competition days (Saturday and Sunday).
The training sessions on 26 and 27 February are open to the public, although they do not include access to the grandstands.

Do children need a ticket?

Children up to 12 years old have free access.
They may be required to validate a free 0€ ticket for capacity control purposes.

Will tickets be available at the ticket office?

Yes. On-site ticket sales will be available at the El Tarter ticket office.
Price by person: 10 €.
We recommend purchasing in advance to avoid queues and to prevent tickets from selling out.

Where can I buy tickets online?

Through Ticketmaster, the official ticketing channel for the event.

What time do the gates open?

Gates generally open 1 hour before the start of the race, although this may vary depending on weather conditions.

Is parking available?

Yes, but parking capacity is limited. Arriving early is recommended.
Shuttle buses are usually available between the parking areas and El Tarter.

Can I walk to the finish area?

The finish area is accessible, although this depends on snow and weather conditions.
There are usually signposted areas and internal transport to facilitate access.

Will there be a Fan Zone or entertainment area?

Yes. As is common in World Cup events, there will be a Fan Zone at the finish area with music, entertainment, and services.

I have an issue with my tickets. Who should I contact?

Any issue related to the purchase or QR code must be managed directly through Ticketmaster, using the contact details provided on your ticket.

What is the cancellation or refund policy?

It depends on Ticketmaster and the event organisers, but generally:

  • Full event cancellation → entitlement to a refund.
  • Rescheduling or timetable changes due to weather → tickets remain valid.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The World Cup follows strict safety protocols.
Depending on conditions, the organisation may:

  • Delay the start,
  • Modify the course,
  • Reschedule the run later the same day.

Refunds are only considered in the case of total cancellation.

Will there be food or bar services?

Yes. There will be food trucks, bars, and food service points both in the Fan Zone and in the El Tarter sector.

Can I access the venue with skis or a snowboard?

Yes, although there may be restricted areas for safety reasons.
The slope staff will indicate the permitted areas.

Can the race be viewed from different points along the slope?

The public mainly gathers in the finish area, but some lateral sections may be accessible if safety conditions allow it.

Is the event accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes. The finish area in El Tarter is adapted.
